Touch Sensor

The KY-036 Touch Sensor Module is a straightforward and efficient component that utilizes a floating lead on a Darlington transistor to detect touch. This sensor module is equipped with two on-board LEDs: one red LED that indicates power and another green or red LED that lights up upon touch detection.

Designed for easy integration, the KY-036 module can be connected to a microcontroller unit (MCU) using just three pins: VCC, GND, and Signal. When the sensor is touched, the signal pin goes high, and it returns to low when the touch is removed. This makes the KY-036 ideal for a wide range of touch-sensing applications, including buttons, touchscreens, and other human-machine interfaces.
